ODF Help Wanted
This page is for listing information about ODF-related projects that are looking for contributors.
Each project should list:
- Project name and URL
- What task(s) they are looking for help with
- What expertise/background is ideal (languages, libraries, platforms, etc.)
- A contact email or web page to find more information
- OpenFormula is the part of the ODF 1.2 standard that defines spreadsheet functions. This specification is nearing completion after which it will go out for a 60-day public review. We are seeking experts to help review the accuracy of appoximately 30 financial spreadsheet function definitions. The ideal reviewer would have a background in financial mathematics or actuarial sciences, e.g., annuities, bond coupon calculations, day count conventions, etc. This is a great way to contribute to open standards without being an XML expert. For more information, contact email@example.com.
